What is your return policy?


MONEY BACK REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. STORE CREDIT ONLY

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these. Sale items include purchases made using website discounts and/or the use of any discount codes.

Orders approved for store credit will be given an online store credit only with no exceptions.

Store credit is accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS still attached. Footwear exchanges must include the original box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.

PLEASE NOTE: We can not issue return labels for international orders, please mail your package back to the address above. For all orders shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

International shipping

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in any of our prices. Your package may obtain additional duties and taxes fees issued by customs in your country as your package is in transit to you and these are out of our control. The customer is responsible for paying all additional fees required by customs.

Lost packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.

We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.
